Today I downloaded “Federal Ballistics”, an IOS app from the Federal Cartridge Company. It is, as the name implies, a ballistics calculator. You enter the specifics of a particular load, sight height, ambient conditions and then it calculates bullet drop, energy and speed at various distances. It makes charts.
